Russell is a Chartered Surveyor who joined the Zerum team in May 2020 to be our Head of Cost Management, bringing a wealth of experience from delivering large mixed use regeneration schemes to sensitive commercial refurbishments both in London and the North of England.
Russell has experience across numerous sectors including: residential, office, retail, leisure and urban regeneration developments. Russell uses this experience to understand and identify clients’ needs at an early stage to achieve their goals and advise where value can be added.
Russell is an excellent leader with a passion for service excellence and collaboration; providing an alternative and more personal service to many mainstream and larger cost consultancies.
Particular career highlights include the prize-winning Lexicon with Legal & General and Shroder Real Estate, British Land’s Canada Water Masterplan, 50 Finsbury Square with Great Portland Estates and Sky’s new innovation centre.
