Our Planning Team attended the Sunday Express Construction & Property Awards last night and won the award for Planning Team of the Year! Zerum were up against some tough competition including Newmark, Nexus Planning, DP9, Pegasus Group, Avison Young, CBRE, Carter Jonas, Montagu Evans, WSP.
The awards recognise excellence across the construction and property sectors, highlighting the teams shaping the built environment through strong leadership and delivery. It’s great to see our hard work acknowledged alongside other respected organisations in the industry.
Representatives on the night from Zerum Planning included Nikki Sills, Phoebe Threlfall and Tom Cook. Following the event Tom stated:
