Project Overview

Project Overview

An existing building shell proposed to be vertically extended by 3-storeys to fitout 30 luxury residential units internally comprising of one and two bedrooms and a commercial unit on the ground floor being marketed as an office, leisure, or retail space. With a GIA of 2,522 sqm, construction is set to start at the back end of Q1 2024.

The scheme is in a key part of Liverpool, the Baltic Triangle, historically an industrial area, it now holds 12,600 sqm of office space, 5,700 sqm of creative workspace and studios, and a variety of independent cafés, restaurants, and bars. With it’s proximity to the Liverpool City Centre and M&S Bank Arena, a Strategic Regeneration Framework has been proposed with 2,500 residential units in the pipeline to better connect the space to the surrounding Liverpool Docks to the west and the Liverpool ONE, an open air retail complex to the north.
