Bay Horse, Hyde is a new build retail scheme comprising of 3 units with a 20 space carpark, associated external works and highways alterations on the site of a former Public House. The units are occupied by Co-op, Barnardo’s and an Independent Retailer.
There is a Victorian culvert running through the site which resulted in extensive design considerations and utility searches in order to protect the culvert from damage during or after the construction works.
