Zerum delivered an extensive refurbishment of an existing trading centre and extension to create new modern configured retail space, new entrances, centre toilet block and glazed feature atrium.

- The refurbishment required the centre to remain operational at all times, this required extensive planning on the logistics and phasing of the redevelopment.
