Project Overview

The project is the construction of twenty-seven new apartments in Manchester on a site that was formerly a public house which has since been demolished.

Highlights

  • The apartments are a mixture of high quality one bed and two bed units across six floors of accommodations with a variety of different styles including duplexes and private terraces.
  • The design had to be carefully considered so that the new building could make the optimum use of the limited size of the site.
  • As a result the building is constructed to the boundary line and will link the new building into the existing terraces following agreements with adjoining owners and Party Wall agreements being put in place.
  • During construction further measures will be introduced to minimise the disruption for the local residents and general public.
