Project Overview

The City Place development sits to the east of the recently completed Shot Tower development and forms part of the City Place masterplan for the land to the south east of Chester Railway station. Situated on the site of an old lead works a comprehensive remediation strategy for the site was needed before any development can be implemented.

The development includes a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, providing a total of 132 high quality apartments.
