Highlights
- Zerum have extensive knowledge of working on convenience store schemes and have completed developments for all the major operators including Tesco, WM Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and Co-Operative Stores.
- We have, and continue to work upon, a number of retail conversions and new build projects throughout the UK. Each project varies in size, scale, complexity and development specialist with ancillary leisure and residential uses supplemented into an increasing number of schemes
- The construction phase of works is intensive with the integration of the operators shopfitting programme requiring careful management.
