Project Overview
The site is situated between the existing Greengate residential development and the elevated railway viaduct with a curtilage to the River Irwell. The development consists of one tower with two distinct volumes of 37 and 40 storeys comprising 568 co-living units with a mixture of associated amenity, management and back of house space, accessible roof terraces plus associated landscaping and engineering works.
