Project Overview

The scheme proposes three blocks, two of these blocks are nine storeys addressing both Great Homer Street and Virgil Street.  The third block is central to the site and eight storeys in height.  

This residential development comprises 277 Private Rented Sector apartments (C3 Use) and residents’ roof terraces on the upper levels, including green roof terrace at the Central Block and garden room and associated communal facilities at ground floor.   

The main development in the surrounding area is ‘Project Jennifer’ located to the north of the site bounded to the east by Great Homer Street and to the west by Scotland Road.
