Infinity Liverpool

Landmark residential development on Liverpool's waterfront
  • Client: Elliot Property Construction Limited and Equity Group Limited
  • Location: Lanyork Road / Pall Mall, Liverpool
  • Sector: Residential & Commercial

project overview

Zerum were instructed by the Elliot Group to prepare and submit an Environmental Impact Assessment planning application for the erection of a triple tower scheme comprising buildings of 39, 33 and 27 storeys with a podium building. The scheme comprises 1,002 luxury residential units, together with commercial / retail uses of offices and residents’ facilities including a lounge, meeting space, cinema room, fitness gym, spa and swimming pool.

The scheme offers both river and city views, and comprises private-rented sector studios, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. The development’s high quality design reflects the site’s strategic gateway location which will form an important catalyst in extending the city centre northwards of Leeds Street, and in delivering the Council’s strategic aspirations to bring change to the industrial area which surrounds the site at present. The site is located at the entrance to the business district and historic waterfront and will eventually form part of a cluster of new tall buildings which will transform Liverpool’s skyline and elevate the city on a global scale.

Zerum managed and coordinated the Environmental Impact Assessment and successfully secured planning consent for the scheme.
