Project Overview
Zerum were appointed to provide Project and Cost Management support after the early stage, part-constructed site was acquired out of administration by Blacklight Capital Partners.
Limelight has been intricately designed and developed to create an impressive student community building, delivering best-in-class amenities for a truly memorable university living experience.
The project is currently under construction with the original sub-contractors in place. A specialist PBSA operator has been appointed to operate the project post-completion of construction.
