The Norfolk Street development is poised to help shape Liverpool’s booming skyline. Planning consent was secured by Zerum.

project overview

Having secured consent for 257 apartments with exclusive residents’ gym and outdoor spa on the upper floors, and a ground floor Entrepreneurial Hub, Zerum were then instructed to submit a planning application for a new scheme on the same site.

The revised application sought consent for The Vincent Residence & Hotel, a luxury 306 bedroom hotel overlooking Queen’s Dock. The development also offers 50 ‘over-sized’ serviced apartments, a 10,000 square foot basement event space and a range of luxury rooftop services, including restaurant, lounge, spa, gym and outdoor circuit training terrace. The hotel will be the latest investment by well- known local hotelier Paul Adams, the creative force behind the Vincent brand.

The scheme places the serviced residences to the front in a 15 storey block, with the hotel at right angles to the rear in a 14 storey building. No changes to scale, height or exterior design were made to the original planning permission.

The Norfolk Street development is poised to help shape Liverpool’s booming skyline. Planning consent was secured by Zerum.
