Project Overview

Zerum worked with Legacie Developments for over a year to bring forward sensitive proposals for the construction of a 18-storey mixed-use development over four buildings, on a prominent site at the gateway to the Baltic Triangle

  • comprising 505 apartments, with ancillary residential spa and facilities, commercial units (use classes A1-4 and B1), with associated access, parking, servicing and landscaping
  • new public realm and courtyard
  • commercial units to accommodate services for local residents and provide employment space for creative industries
