On behalf of PP O'Connor, Zerum prepared and submitted a hybrid planning application for part full, part outline planning permission for a Mixed Use Development to create a headquarters for their operations throughout the North West.
The development consented in March 2018, provides a 3 storey office block with 1051m2 of floor space, parking for a fleet of vehicles, storage and maintenance workshop space. Alongside this outline permission was secured for the future use of part of the site for the recycling of demolition materials.
We worked closely with officers of Trafford Council to address matters including highways due to the fleet of vehicles required for P.P. O’Connor’s operations. The consent ensured that P.P.O’Connor were provided with a future-proof headquarters that allows the business to continue to expand and enhance their service delivery and offering.
The site, within the heart of Trafford Park, proved a well-suited location for delivering a base of operations for a company operating across the North West.
The Falconer Chester Hall-designed scheme will provide a high-quality contemporary building which is of exceptional quality within its setting.
