Corporate Social Responsibility
Here at Zerum we realise the importance of CSR, our current focus being on these 3 core areas: Environment, Employee Well-being and Charity Work.
- Environment: In order to reduce our carbon footprint we work collaboratively with partners to drive the 1 Day A Week change campaign in order to alter the way people travel to work. We have introduced working from home days and offer facilities such as showers and bike racks to our employees.
- Employee Wellbeing: We value our people: their health and wellbeing is important to us. So we have partnered with Able Futures to provide confidential advice and support throughout the year. In addition to this we host CPD’s with partners to present on wellbeing in the workplace.
- Charity: Each year we opt for 2 charities to support those causes that are close to our hearts. This year we are undertaking a range of activities including 10k runs, cake sales and Tough Mudders to raise funds for The Alzheimer’s Society and local homelessness charity A Bed for Every Night.
