Sills and Cook have been promoted to Partners on the planning side of the business. Murphy is now a Partner within Zerum’s highways and travel division Mosodi, and Duffy has been made a Partner within the project management arm.
Zerum was founded in 2013 by Antony Kilbride and former Manchester United footballer turned developer Gary Neville.
Over the last 11 years, the firm has grown and now comprises 30 staff across four divisions in offices in Manchester and Leeds.
The company’s projects include the £400m St Michael’s in Manchester, The Galleries in Wigan, and Sweet Street West in Leeds.
