Bethany joined the Zerum team in September 2021 and joins the team having worked as a Quantity Surveyor for 6 years.
She started her career by completing the Mace graduate scheme and has since worked on a broad range of projects including residential, education and leisure most recently specialising in luxury residential developments providing bespoke dwellings for high net worth clients.
She has gained experience with dealing with both client and contractors in both quantity surveying and project management roles and is looking forward to expanding her career with the schemes that Zerum are appointed to deliver.
Bethany intends to further her knowledge of project management through continued training and will work towards her chartership with the RICS.
