Jonathan joined the Zerum team as Quantity Surveyor in January 2022 having worked as a Quantity Surveyor for 6 years previously.
He previously worked as a quantity surveyor in both subcontractor and principal contractor settings for 6 years whilst studying his degree part time.
Jonathan has worked on projects such as the Manchester Town Hall, Deansgate Square Development & Dakota Hotel.
He is keen to further develop his cost management skills at Zerum with a view to gaining chartership with the RICS.
