Kate is a Chartered Town Planner with 7 years’ experience of working on residential, commercial, energy and education schemes across the country.
Kate has experience in development management across a variety of sectors including site appraisals, pre-application, preparing and submitting planning applications and managing the post-determination stage. She has also project managed the production of Environmental Statements.
Kate has worked on a range of projects across the North West and England, as well as Wales and Scotland. Key projects at Zerum include a converted mill in East Manchester, a hydrogen generation plant in Pembrokeshire and an outline application for residential development in Halton.
