Maria joined Zerum in June 2023, a Chartered Town Planner with 9 years’ experience in the private sector.
Prior to joining Zerum, Maria worked for three national planning and development consultancies based in Yorkshire and the North-West. This allowed her to gain a broad range of planning experience across education, retail, leisure and residential sectors. In recent years, Maria has worked on over 20 school projects and numerous retail developments across the country.
