Project Overview
Working with Ridgeback we secured planning permission for a 31 storey tower providing 399 apartments. The site occupies a gateway location to the city centre and the building is a high quality design that will bring a long-term vacant site back into use to provide a high-quality residential tower and contribute to the requirement for additional housing in Leeds.
Highlights
- Zerum was instructed by Ridgeback in 2022 on this key gateway site within Leeds city centre.
- We have provided planning services including advising on strategy, coordinating the preparation of the planning submission and engaging with stakeholders and third parties.
- Zerum continue to be involved in the delivery of the project and construction work started in 2023.
