Project Overview
Marine Road is a hotel scheme located in a prominent location on Morecambe promenade, directly across from the new Eden Project North development. Designed to an international hotel operators specification the hotel will include 86 bedrooms with amenity space at ground floor level.
The site is located in the middle of a row of terraces and involves the demolition of the existing properties owned by the developer whilst the book end properties are retained.
