The Balsall Common development, later renamed Chattaway Place, comprised of a phased development programme to deliver a retail unit, coffee shop plus 17 apartments over three upper floors.

The development involved the demolition of an existing public house, full site clearance and remediation plus the construction of a retail unit (Tesco Express), coffee shop (Costa Coffee) plus 17 upper floor apartments.

Penthouse apartments were provided with an enhanced special cation and wraparound balconies.
