Development of a former car park in to 41 residential apartments in Manchester.
The site occupies a position in the ‘East Village’ neighbourhood close to the established Ancoats and Northern Quarter districts.
This scheme will see a former car park redeveloped into 41 residential apartments, within an area of the city that is the focus of the HS2 Masterplan which aims to create a new city district with diverse neighbourhoods and greater connectivity.
