The Project involves the design and construction of 1,007 student units constructed over 5 Blocks (Section 1: Blocks 1,2 and 3, Section 2: Blocks 4 and 5). The overall scheme incorporates communal facilities including, lounge/study and lounge/games room and associated external works.

Herbert T Forrest Limited was originally appointed as the Main Contractor to undertake the works, however after entering administration, Vermont had been appointed as the current Main Contractor to complete the remaining works, including undertaking any necessary corrective / remedial works.
Works are due to complete on the first phase in August 2021; with the second phase completing in 2022.
