The Strand

The scheme, perfectly positioned alongside Liverpool’s famous waterfront and the historical buildings known as the “Three Graces”, is making an important contribution to the City Centre residential market.
  • Client: Panacea Property Developments
  • Location: 21 The Strand, Liverpool
  • Sector: Residential

project overview

Zerum Planning obtained consent for a new residential apartment scheme along the important ‘Strand’ in Liverpool City Centre.

Comprising 395 apartments and 627 sq/m of commercial floorspace, this Private Rented Scheme was designed to encourage residents to rent within the building on a long term basis.

Opportunities to maximise the location and aspect across the Liverpool Waterfront saw the creation of a private rooftop garden on the 16th floor which provides a dramatic panorama, high quality amenity space for residents and links the two towers together.

Following the granting of planning consent, Zerum PDM have worked closely with the Client to ensure that the development delivers on its promise to residents and is reflective of its location in a World Heritage buffer zone, in a waterfront location, adjacent to the historical features of The Three Graces.
