Zerum were appointed to deliver the conversion and redevelopment of an iconic listed building to create a truly mixed-use development.
Highlights
- 210 apartments with a mixture of one, two, three and four bed units
- Refurbishment of the listed seven storey Toast Rack building to include the provision of 104 residential apartments along with rooftop gardens, gym and retail units.
- New ten storey tower labelled the Gateway, containing 60 residential apartments designed to be in-keeping with the architectural flair demonstrated on the existing Toast Rack building
- Complex refurbishment and extension of the Stitching Block, an existing two storey listed industrial building to create 46 residential apartments set over various levels with internal gardens and car parking.
