Zerum undertook a Client Representative and lead Project Management role for the delivery of University Academy 92 within the existing iconic Kellogg’s Building in Trafford, Manchester.
Highlights
- Internal refurbishment of 130,000 sq ft to eventually accommodate 2250 students over 5 floors
- Will be delivered in phases over the next 5 years
