Pete is a chartered town planner with over 12 years of experience with an emphasis on the Yorkshire property market. Pete has acted for a range of clients on city centre developments both in the residential and commercial markets.
Pete’s role involves undertaking planning appraisals and providing strategic advice in bringing forward new development opportunities, as well as co-ordinating a multi-disciplinary team of consultants through the preparation, submission and negotiation of each application through to determination.
